Joe Bowker2021-05-22**BUYER BEWARE** Jenny Bruce and her team at ReMax, gave misleading and inaccurate information regarding a new development being built. One bedroom was three feet smaller than advertised, entry was half the size advertised, and all other rooms were 4-25% smaller than dimensions listed. Buyers should check and double check all numbers given on ANY MLS listing from this agent, as they are not likely to add up, and will ultimately lead to a disappointing "welcome to your new home". Drawings submitted didn't add up to claimed square footage, and professional measurements taken after the fact were even smaller. Myself and others were very disappointed with the product we eventually ended up receiving, and were even more disappointed at the Branch Managers hiding behind small legal print to evade responsibility. This establishment operates the lowest standard of care, to turn profit as fast as possible. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
